Homeless Heart Foundation is looking for your help to provide some hope and comfort to the homeless that live on our streets and in shelters. Small donations are all it takes to do great things for wonderful people. We will be donating to local shelters and giving out bags of hope, clothing and blankets to the unsheltered homeless 1n the Bristol, Plymouth, Suffolk, Newport and Providence county areas.
